The old song "Ring Around The Rosie" has a hidden meaning behind it, referring to the Plague. The line "Ring around the rosie" refers to buboes that formed on the victim's body, which had a rose colored ring surrounding it. "Pocket full of posies" refers to the non-infected, healthy people during the time. They would carry posies in their pockets to freshen the air as infected individuals began to rot and emit a bad odor. "Ashes to Ashes" either represent corpses that were cremated, or the ashy color that appeared on victims' skin. "We all fall down" reprersent everyone dying in an apocalyptic way.
